Is there an easy way to impose restrictions on parameters, such as Beta_time_bus = Beta_time_train, without directly manipulating the utility functions?

Hi Andy

if you really want to set two parameters to be the same, then it's much easier to just replace them by a single joint parameter. Using constraints in estimation is never a good idea, really. It is possible in the new version of Apollo, via passing the constraints setting to maxLik (maxLik_settings inside estimate_settings), but again, it's not something I tend to do.
