Wrong results when using the latest version

Hi,
I updated Apollo to the latest version(0.3.1), but when I ran the case(using the same code and data of case: Hybrid_LC_with_OL), the results were inconsistent with those of running version 0.2.9, and many parameters were estimated to be NA, the two latent class probabilities are not true as well. Could you please tell me how to solve it? Thanks very much.
