Dear Prof. Hess,

Is there any update in codes of Apollo? I use the same csv sheet and the same coding but having different results. I updated my apollo package recently and I run my previous files. However, they give different results in latent class model with covariates. It would be great if you update me. I was planning to posterior analysis later and now I can do nothing.

I assume you have moved to version 0.3.0, which now uses a different optimiser, which is more stable and which may indeed lead to different results
