How to use apollo_sharesTest for MDCEV models

Hi,

I would like to know what must be the sharesTest_settings specifically to find out the observed shares, and intensity of use vs the predicted shares and intensity of use for overall sample as well for some subgroups.

the apollo_sharesTest function is only implemented for discrete choice
