Hi,
My hope is to use Apollo if possible to fit a Ranked Ordered Logit (Exploded Logit) for the case where there are incomplete rankings. I.e. Survey takers are asked to rank the top 3 out of 10 provided items. Is this possible? If so how would I set the data up for modeling?

You should be able to do this readily with apollo_el, please have a look at the manual and help file. Just define as many choice variables as you have rank exploded choices
