Direct choice elasticity and cross elasticity of parameter estimates of models using different decision rules

Hi all,
In order to compare coefficient parameters in models using different decision rules, namely random regret minimization and random utility maximization, Hensher, Greene and Chorus (2013) and Chorus and Bierlaire (2013) put forth using the direct choice elasticity and cross elasticity of parameter estimates. Does anyone have used the output from Apollo to calculate the direct choice elasticity and cross elasticity before? Please share your experience here. Thanks!
