Apollo is very flexible R package for the estimation and application of choice models.

Apollo users can write their own model functions or mix predefined ones. Features include: - Support for random heterogeneity (continuous and discrete, at individual and observation levels) - Standalone and hybrid model structures - Classical and Bayesian estimation - Multiple discrete continuous models - Multi-threaded estimation - Extensive set of pre- and post-estimation routines

Apollo is a completely free package which does not rely on commercial statistical software as a host environment. It relies on R, which is very widely used across disciplines and works well across different operating systems.
